We recently stayed at a boutique hotel that offers a unique escape in a beautiful region. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was warm and welcoming. the service was superb, with various delicious breakfast options available and a spa where we could relax. the building’s architecture is majestic, and the gardens are a sight to see. we appreciated the complimentary breakfast we received due to a reservation issue.
The dining area was noisy and not suitable seeking a peaceful experience.

the wellness centre and on-site sauna were just what I needed to unwind after a long day. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace provided a perfect spot to relax with breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes. the attentive service was exceptional, even extending to my room with exclusive facilities and amenities that added to my comfortable stay.
Only one minor downside was that the location was a bit far from the town of Tapalpa, making it a less accessible destination. this hotel exceeded my expectations and provided a truly luxurious experience.

The beautiful building and lovely accommodations were definitely impressive. On-site parking was available, which was a plus. the food was also good, with a creative flair that made it stand out.
Plus, the staff seemed inexperienced and disorganized.

Beautiful and delicious! I had a dreamy massage and enjoyed creative and tasty food like the panela cheese and pear sandwich. It's my new favorite getaway near Guadalajara. Can't wait to come back with my boyfriend! highly recommended.

During my Easter getaway, I enjoyed the stunning architecture and luxurious design of the hotel. The on-site restaurant had a great selection of delicious food, and the spa offered amazing treatments to help me relax. The hotel's location was perfect, providing easy access to nearby attractions and activities.
the noise level by other guests was quite high at times, making it difficult to fully relax. while the hotel had its strengths, it did not fully meet my expectations for an Easter vacation.
